池上鄉位於花東縱谷，以優質稻米聞名全台。「池上米」是台灣最知名的米品牌之一，因花東縱谷的好山好水和海岸山脈的天然屏障，產出的稻米品質極佳。

最著名的景點是伯朗大道（Mr. Brown Avenue），一條筆直的田間小路兩側是一望無際的稻田，完全沒有電線桿，被稱為「翠綠的天堂路」。金城武曾在此拍攝廣告，路旁的「金城武樹」成為打卡地標。4 月正值一期稻作生長期，稻田翠綠。

Chishang Township in the East Rift Valley is famous for its premium rice — “Chishang Rice” is one of Taiwan’s most celebrated rice brands, thanks to the valley’s pristine water and natural mountain barriers.

The most famous spot is Mr. Brown Avenue (Bolang Dadao), a perfectly straight rural road flanked by endless rice paddies with no power poles — dubbed “the Green Paradise Road.” Actor Takeshi Kaneshiro filmed a commercial here, making the “Takeshi Kaneshiro Tree” a popular photo spot. In April, the first rice crop is growing, creating lush green fields.
