國立故宮博物院是世界四大博物館之一，收藏近 70 萬件中華文化瑰寶，涵蓋書畫、陶瓷、銅器、玉器等。館藏源自宋、元、明、清四朝皇室收藏，1949 年隨國民政府遷台。

必看鎮館三寶：翠玉白菜（清代玉雕，以天然翡翠色澤雕成白菜與螽斯）、肉形石（瑪瑙雕成的東坡肉造型）、毛公鼎（西周青銅器，銘文為全球最長青銅器銘文）。建議從三樓往下逛，人潮較少。

English Introduction

The National Palace Museum houses nearly 700,000 Chinese imperial artifacts spanning over 5,000 years, making it one of the world’s four greatest museums. The collection was brought from mainland China in 1949.

Must-see treasures include the Jadeite Cabbage (a Qing Dynasty jade carving resembling a Chinese cabbage with insects), the Meat-shaped Stone (an agate piece that looks like braised pork belly), and the Mao Gong Ding (a Western Zhou bronze vessel with the longest known bronze inscription). Start from the 3rd floor and work down to avoid crowds.
